The Coq bridge is a Genoese construction dating from the 15th century which allows one to cross the Levenza, a small stream tributary of the Roya between La Brigue and Morignole. Its construction, at a right angle, is really very original. This peculiarity is due to the difference in the nature of the soil between the two banks, on the left steep with cliffs, and on the right, flat and wide. A first perpendicular ramp gives access to the bridge. Its three arches were restored following major floods in 1837, 1843 and 1906. It is classified as a Historic Monument.
